INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
Florilege srl, aware of the importance of the protection of personal data of the users of its website (the "Interested Parties"), informs them that their personal data acquired through navigation on the site https://florilege.it/ ("Site"), will be processed in compliance with the law on the protection of personal data. At the time of using the services offered by the Site (filling in sartorial dress forms, etc.), the Interested Parties will receive specific information regarding further processing of personal data carried out by Florilege srl.
Therefore, in accordance with Article 13 Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679 ("Regulation"), Florilege srl provides the following information regarding the methods of management and data processing:
- Types of data collected ("Data"), purposes and legal basis for processing
Navigation data
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate the Site acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the terminals of the users who connect to the Site, the MAC (Media Access Control) addresses, the addresses in URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used in submitting the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the user's operating system and computer environment. These data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct operation and are deleted immediately after processing. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in case of hypothetical computer crimes against the site. The legal basis that legitimizes the processing of personal data for this purpose is to be found in the hypothesis provided for by Art. 6 par. 1, lett. b) of the Regulations, i.e. to enable the user to benefit from the requested service. The same data may also be used to fulfill legal obligations or requests of the judicial authorities. Legal basis legitimizing such processing is Article 6 par. 1, lett. c) of the Regulation, as it is necessary to fulfill a legal obligation to which the data controller is subject.
Data voluntarily provided by Data Subjects
Following the voluntary sending of e-mail messages to the e-mail addresses on the site, Florilege srl may process the sender's e-mail address and additional personal data contained in the message in order to respond, again by e-mail, to requests made by the user. Specific privacy notices will still be made at the time of use of particular tools provided by the site. The legal basis that legitimizes the processing of personal data for this purpose is to be found in the hypothesis provided by Art. 6 par. 1, lett. b) of the EU Regulation No. 679/2016, i.e. to provide the user with the requested service. The same data may also be used to fulfill legal obligations or requests of the judicial authority. Legal basis legitimizing such processing is Article 6 par. 1, lett. c) of the Regulation, as the processing is necessary to fulfill a legal obligation to which the data controller is subject.
The interested party is requested not to enter or send through the tools on the site "special data," "biometric data," "genetic data," "data relating to health," "data relating to crimes or criminal convictions" as defined by the legislation in force.
Such data, if provided by the data subject, will be immediately deleted.
Cookies
The Site uses technical (session and navigation) cookies to ensure normal navigation and use of the website (allowing, for example, authentication to access restricted areas). The Site also uses third-party profiling and analytical cookies (with reduced identification potential), in order to monitor users' use of the site for web platform optimization and statistical (analytical) purposes. - Period of data retention
Personal Data collected and processed as a result of browsing the Site will be retained for as long as the service is provided and in any case deleted or anonymized within 7 days. The Data sent independently by the Interested Parties through the tools on the Site will be deleted after providing the requested service or responding to them and in any case within a maximum period of 15 days from the exhaustion of this activity, except for those necessary to comply with tax, accounting and administrative regulations or to fulfill other legal obligations and to document the activities carried out.
- Method of processing
The Data collected will be treated, stored and processed by electronic means and will be stored both on computer media and on paper media, organized in databases, and on any other type of suitable media. Specific security measures are observed to prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access.
The processing of Data carried out by Florilege srl does not involve automated decision-making processes.
- Communication of Data
The communication of navigation data is necessary the provision of the requested service (navigation on the site) and mandatory for that purpose: failure to provide personal data by the interested party, will make it impossible for Florilege srl to allow navigation on the Site. The communication of data for further purposes is optional: in default, there will be no consequences for the Data Subject except for the impossibility of providing the Data Subject with the requested feedback.
- Subjects to whom the Data may be communicated
The Data collected will not be disseminated and may be communicated to:(i ) subjects to whom it is recognized the right and interest to access the personal data of users by law or secondary regulations; (ii ) authorized personnel internal to Florilege srl (iii ) as well as to companies, associations or professional firms that provide services and activities on behalf of Florilege srl as Data Processors for the fulfillment of legal obligations, as well as for any organizational and administrative requirements necessary to provide the services requested ("Processors").
The names of the Data Processors are included in an updated list available from Florilege srl (to be requested from the contact details indicated in point 9).
- Transfer of Data abroad or to international organizations
Florilege srl does not transfer abroad or to international organizations the Data collected through navigation or use of the services on the Site.
- Linking to third party sites or services
This information is provided only for the processing of personal data carried out through this Site or the tools provided by it, and not also for other websites that may be consulted by the user through links, whose operators operate as autonomous data controllers. Users are therefore invited to read their privacy policies carefully before accessing the services of third parties.
- Rights of Data Subjects
Data Subjects may exercise their rights under the Regulations at any time, including:
- requesting information on: (i ) origin of the Data; (ii ) purposes and methods of processing; (iii ) logic applied in case of use of electronic tools; (iv ) identification details of the data controller and data processors.
- Obtain: (i ) access, updating, rectification or integration of the Data; (ii ) deletion, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of Data processed in violation of the law; (iii ) limitation of the processing of the Data; (iv ) copy of the Data in standard format.
- To object, in whole or in part:
(a) for legitimate reasons, to the processing of the Data even if relevant to the purpose of collection;
(b) to the processing of the Data carried out (i) for the performance of a task of public interest or related to the exercise of public powers that may be vested inFlorilege Ltd. or (ii) for the pursuit of the legitimate interest of Florilege srl or third parties, including profiling on the basis of such provisions;
(c) to the processing of the Data for sending advertising or direct sales material or for carrying out market research or commercial communication, including profiling where related thereto.
- to withdraw his or her consent to the processing, when this is based on the hypothesis provided for in Article 6(1)(a. (when "the data subject has given consent to the processing of his(the data subject has given his or her explicit consent to the processing of such personal data for one or more specific purposes) of the Regulations, at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the withdrawal. In order to stop receiving promotional e-mails or paper mail, Data Subjects may at any time request to be removed from the service free of charge by sending a message to the contact details indicated in points 9 and 10 of this notice. In the event that they believe that the processing of Data violates the law, Data Subjects have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority of the Member State in which they usually reside or work or of the place where the alleged violation occurred.
