Item Exchange: Free

If you need to change the size or replace the pattern of your purchase you can request the Exchange within 30 days from the delivery date.

If you wish to make an item exchange you can request it by sending an email to. HELLO@florilege.it, indicating your order number and your request for an item exchange. We will make the pickup at your home and upon receipt of the item we will issue a Voucher for the full value of the returned item, with no return charge. You may use the Voucher received to make a new purchase. The new purchase may also include items of different amounts than the returned product as the Voucher may be applied and supplemented by an additional payment for higher value items or spent partially for lower value items while saving the remaining value for future purchases. Only one exchange can be made per purchase. Exchanges cannot be made for items, custom, made-to-order or items that were in Pre-Order status at the time of your order.

Return: Free (Italy) 15€ (Europe)

You can request the Return within 30 days from the date of delivery.

If you wish to make a Return you can request it by sending an email to. HELLO@florilege.it, indicating Return Request and the Order Number. Upon receipt of the request, our Customer Service Department will send the courier for pickup. Upon receipt of the package, the return, will be processed within 5 working days and you will receive confirmation of acceptance by email.

The refund will be issued within 5 working days of receipt of the package at our offices, it will include the value of the products purchased less the original shipping costs (if incurred) and / or 15€ (Europe) return cost. The processing time of the return may vary depending on the payment method and banking institution. Returns cannot be made for custom or personalized items.

How to submit an Exchange or Return Request

You can proceed with your Item Exchange or Return request by sending an email to HELLO@florilege.it and specifying which of the three options you prefer. Please review the specifications below before proceeding.

In order for your request to be successful:

1- You can exchange or return any product purchased on our store within 30 days from the delivery date (including holidays). After that time, the Exchange or Return procedure will no longer be available.

2- Make sure the products are in the same condition in which they were received, new and placed back in their packaging, complete with all enclosed materials. Materials such as Envelope, Warranty and Box are considered an integral part of the product.

3- Print and apply the label contained in the Return or Exchange Acceptance email to the package and deliver it to the carrier. In case you need a new label, you can request it from Customer Service who will provide a new one.

The request will only be accepted if the above procedure is followed. If the request does not meet the conditions listed, a refund will not be possible and the package will be sent back. Only the person who made the purchase can make an Exchange or Return request.

Return Status.

When your request is accepted, you will receive a confirmation email within 5 business days of receiving the item at our offices.
