The offer and sale of products on our website ("Florilege.it") are governed by these General Conditions of Sale. Products purchased on Florilege.it are sold directly by Florilege Srl ("the Seller"), with registered office in Italy, Via privata Cesare Battisti 2 - 20122 Milano, Iscr. Reg. Imp., C.F. and P.IVA n.10932790966

1. OUR COMMERCIAL POLICY
1.1 - The Seller offers products for sale on Florilege.it exclusively to its end users who are "consumers".
1.2 - When we speak of "consumer" we refer to any natural person who acts on Florilege.it for purposes not related to his or her own commercial, entrepreneurial or professional activity, if any. If you are not a "consumer," please refrain from entering into commercial transactions on Florilege.it.
1.3 - In view of its commercial policy, the Seller reserves the right not to process orders from parties other than the "consumer" or in any case orders that do not conform to its commercial policy.
1.4 - These General Conditions of Sale exclusively regulate the buying and selling of products on Florilege.it between users of Florilege.it and the Seller.
2. HOW TO CONCLUDE THE CONTRACT WITH THE SELLER
2.1 - To conclude the contract for the purchase of one or more products on Florilege.it, you must complete the order form in electronic format and transmit it to the Seller, electronically, following the relevant instructions.
2.2 - The order form contains a summary of information on the essential characteristics of each product ordered and its price, the means of payment that you can use to purchase each product and the method of delivery of the products purchased, shipping and delivery costs. You will be asked for your billing information and shipping address.
2.3 - The contract is concluded when the Seller receives, electronically, the order form, after verification of the correctness of the data and without prejudice to the cases indicated in point 2.9 below.
2.4 - Before proceeding to the purchase of the products, through transmission of the order form, you will be asked to carefully read these Conditions of Sale, the Privacy Policy and the Right of Withdrawal Policy.
2.5 - The order form will be stored in our database for the period of time necessary to process orders and in any case within the terms of the law. You will be able to access your order form by going to the "My Order" section.
2.6 - Before proceeding with the transmission of your order form, you will also be asked to identify and correct any data entry errors.
2.7 - The language available to conclude the contract with the Seller is Italian.
2.8 - Once the contract is concluded, the Seller will take charge of your purchase order.
2.9 - The Seller may not process your purchase orders that do not give sufficient guarantees of solvency or that are incomplete or incorrect or in case of unavailability of products. In these cases, we will inform you by e-mail that the contract is not concluded and that the Seller has not acted on your purchase order specifying the reasons. In the event that the products, presented on Florilege.it, are no longer available or on sale at the time of your last access to the site or the submission of the order form, it will be the responsibility of the Seller to notify you, promptly and in any case within thirty (30) days from the day following the day on which you have transmitted your order to the Seller, the possible unavailability of the products ordered. If you submit your order form and pay the price, the Seller will refund what you have already paid in advance.
2.10 - By submitting your order form electronically, you unconditionally accept and agree to abide by these Conditions of Sale in your dealings with the Seller. If you do not agree with any of the terms in these Conditions of Sale, please do not submit your order form for the purchase of products on Florilege.co.uk.
2.11 - By submitting an order form, you confirm that you understand and accept the Terms of Sale and the additional information contained in Florilege.co.uk, including the Privacy Policy and the Right of Withdrawal Policy set out in paragraph 7 below;
2.12 - Concluded the contract, the Seller will send you, by e-mail, a receipt of the purchase order, containing the information already contained in the order form (the Conditions of Sale, information relating to the essential characteristics of the product, detailed indication of the price, means of payment and delivery costs, ...)
3. GUARANTEES AND INDICATION OF PRODUCT PRICES
3.1 - Only products marked Florilège de Vie are offered for sale on Florilege.co.uk.
3.2 - The Seller does not sell used, irregular or inferior products to the corresponding standards offered on the market.
3.3 - The essential characteristics of the products are presented on Florilege.co.uk within each product sheet. However, the images and colors of the products offered for sale on Florilege.it may not correspond to the real ones due to the effect of the Internet browser and monitor used.
3.4 - Product prices may be subject to updates. Make sure of the final sale price before submitting the relevant order form.
3.5 - Purchase requests from countries not included among those displayed at the time of the order summary cannot be accepted by the Seller.
4. PAYMENTS
4.1 - For payment of the price of the products and related shipping and delivery costs you may follow one of the methods indicated in the order form.
4.2 - In case of payment by credit card, financial information (for example, the number of the credit/debit card or the date of its expiration) will be forwarded, via encrypted protocol, to Shop Pay, G Pay or other banks that provide the relevant remote electronic payment services, without third parties being able, in any way, to have access to it. This information, moreover, will never be used by the Seller nor by the person responsible for the custody and processing of personal data except to complete the procedures relating to your purchase and to issue the relevant refunds in the event of any returns of products, following the exercise of your right of withdrawal or if it is necessary to prevent or report to the police the commission of fraud on Florilege.it. The price for the purchase of products and shipping costs, as indicated in the order form, will be charged to your bank account upon confirmation of the order form.
5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS
To learn about the specific shipping and delivery methods of the products, please access the "Shipping " section. Please pay attention to what is stated in this section because the information contained therein forms an integral and substantial part of these Conditions of Sale and, therefore, shall be deemed to be fully known and accepted by you at the time of transmission of the order form.

7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
7.1 - You have the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with the Seller, without penalty and without specifying the reason, within fourteen (14) working days from the day of receipt of the products purchased on Florilege.it.
7.2 The conditions for making the withdrawal can be viewed in the Right of Withdrawal section.
8. APPLICABLE LAW
9.1 - The Conditions of Sale are governed by Italian law and in particular by Legislative Decree No 6 September 2005 206 (Consumer Code).
9. MODIFICATION AND UPDATING
The Conditions of Sale are amended from time to time also in consideration of any regulatory changes. The new Terms of Sale shall be effective as of the date of publication on Florilege.co.uk.
